Sick Leave Requests

Employees requesting sick leave for missed workdays must include the specific dates of the absence in the message box when submitting their request.
If you have sufficient sick leave available in your balance, you will be compensated for the approved sick time.
If an employee is absent due to illness for two (2) or more consecutive workdays, a doctor’s note may be required to approve the sick leave request. Failure to provide appropriate documentation may result in the sick leave request being denied.
